Dale has been very fortunate to have obtained a strong background in business management through employment at Martin-Marietta (now Lockheed Martin), Rocky Flats, and Stone & Webster (Shaw Group). His background includes Business Manager, Chief Contracts Manager, Cost Proposal Manager, Project Cost Manager, and Principal Cost Engineer for major Federal Government and Commercial Prime Contractors. He has developed a knack for assessing a company's current practices and inserting the steps necessary to become more effective and efficient in all areas of business. Dale takes pride in doing what is necessary to exceed the client's expectations and to establish a friendly long-term relationship with all of Sterling's clientele. Dale's role with Sterling is to lead many of the assignments in all areas of business, both Government and commercial. He also takes on a large role in setting up the training programs and providing overall training to clientele and the general public. |

| Maegan Ryan, Proposal and Training Coordinator | |||||

Maegan is the brains behind the coordination required to run a smooth proposal, training session, and the many other areas of Sterling's business that needs that final organization and structure. Maegan's responsibilities include (1) coordinating proposal process to ensure completion by due date, setting up proposal structure to meet client requests, and editing proposal documents for consistency and professionalism throughout, (2) editing power point slides, to reflect a professional presentation, (3) contacting companies of class schedules, locations, program changes, follow-up emails, and maintaining class attendance lists, (4) coordinating with clientele monthly reports status, along with actual submission of monthly reports. |

| Kurt Wells, Principal Business Manager | |||||
|
Kurt has a diversified background in all aspects of business government contracting and currently specializes in complex cost management and project cost control issues at Sterling. Kurt was previously in executive level business management for companies specializing in aerospace, environmental, IT and commercial industries. His management roles have included Cost, Proposal, Contracts, and Estimating management with more than 10 years being at the Director level with several large corporations. Kurt has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University. |

Dave has more than 20 years experience with small and large government contractors providing strategic business development support in the areas of pursuit/capture strategy, proposal management, teaming strategy, resource management, business plans, communications, client relations, and community affairs. |

| Drew Wells, Estimator/Scheduler in Training | |||||
|
Drew is finishing a 2-year heavy training program to become an estimator/scheduler for Government contracts. He is being trained by the highly skilled staff throughout Sterling, taking courses at the various colleges in the Denver area, and working closely with our proposal and training coordinator to expand his knowledge of Government business practices. Drew's services, at this time, are not available to customers, except on a free basis to obtain more training. |

Sandy has assembled a team of very strong Business Management level personnel to support Sterling's clients in all areas of desired business support. The consultants being offered all have impressive backgrounds in Business Management, with an emphasis in the Government industry. Sandy's personnel management skills keep the employees encouraged to perform at their highest level at all times. She has put together a company that greatly rewards staff for outstanding performance with positive client feedback, provides valuable time off to spend with the family, and allows flexibility in the work schedule. Sandy started the company when she realized there was a real need for experienced business management consultants throughout the US, offered at reasonable rates. Her goal is to remain very selective on the hired staff with only those that meet the Best-in-the-Business concept qualifying for employment. She pursues clients of all sizes and ownership socio-economic status that can benefit from the support her experts can provide.
